What is non-surgical rhinoplasty?

Non-surgical rhinoplasty uses hyaluronic acid dermal filler to reshape the appearance of the nose without surgery. Small, precise amounts of filler can help smooth the look of a bump, lift the tip or improve overall balance in profile.

What it can and cannot do

Because filler adds volume, this treatment cannot make the nose smaller or correct breathing problems. It is best suited to people who want to refine the shape or profile of their nose.

If surgery would be a better route for what you want, Roxy will tell you.

Your consultation

The nose has a delicate blood supply, so a careful assessment matters. Roxy will review your medical history, discuss your goals, and explain the possible risks and side effects in full before you decide whether to go ahead.

Treatment is only available to clients aged 18 and over.

What happens on the day

The area is cleansed and the filler is placed in small amounts, checking the profile throughout. The treatment itself usually takes around 30 minutes.

Aftercare and recovery

Mild swelling, redness or tenderness can occur for a few days. You will be given aftercare advice, such as avoiding pressure on the nose, and a follow-up review.

Frequently asked questions

How long does non-surgical rhinoplasty last?

Results vary, but many people find they last around 12 months or longer.

Can it make my nose smaller?

No. Filler adds volume, so it can improve shape and profile but cannot reduce size.

Is it reversible?

Hyaluronic acid filler can usually be dissolved if needed. This will be discussed at your consultation.

Are there risks?

As with any injectable treatment there are risks, and the nose is a more delicate area. Roxy will explain these in detail at your consultation so you can make an informed decision.
