What is Profhilo?

Profhilo is an injectable skin booster made from hyaluronic acid. Rather than adding volume like a filler, it spreads under the skin to improve hydration, texture and firmness.

Who is it for?

It can suit skin that looks dull or dehydrated, or that has started to lose some firmness. Treatment is only available to clients aged 18 and over.

What happens on the day

The skin is cleansed and a small number of injections are placed at set points on each side of the face. The treatment usually takes around 30 minutes.

Aftercare and recovery

Small raised bumps at the injection points usually settle within 24 to 48 hours. You will be given aftercare advice, such as avoiding make-up and strenuous exercise for a short time.
